Terms and Conditions

  • To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • The balance is payable on  arrival or by prior arrangement for special events.
  • If no deposit is received, regrettably we cannot hold the reservation for you.
  • Payments can be made by  either EFT or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Should you cancel your reservation with us the following will apply:
  • Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellations 8-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
  • Cancellations 15-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
  • Cancellations 22-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
  • Cancellations over 29 days, a small cancellation fee may be charged
  • No refunds will be made during high season.
