Bookings and Enquiries: make a booking enquiry by sending us an email

Terms and conditions:

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
The balance is payable on  arrival or by prior arrangement for special events.
If no deposit is received, regrettably we cannot hold the reservation for you.
Payments can be made by  either EFT or credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you cancel your reservation with us the following will apply:
Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
Cancellations 8-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
Cancellations 15-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations 22-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
Cancellations over 29 days, a small cancellation fee may be charged
No refunds will be made during high season.
