Terms and Conditions
- To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours of confirmation.
- The balance is payable on arrival or by prior arrangement for special events.
- If no deposit is received, regrettably we cannot hold the reservation for you.
- Payments can be made by either EFT or credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
- Should you cancel your reservation with us the following will apply:
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
- Cancellations 8-14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
- Cancellations 15-21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
- Cancellations 22-28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
- Cancellations over 29 days, a small cancellation fee may be charged
- No refunds will be made during high season.
